Stay away from smoked turkey ended up getting sick ! Wife had pulled pork sandwich bland no flavor ! If this is what you call bbq you are an absolute joke !

The people who work here are great and the food is like home cooking. They serve food like BBQ, hot tamales and chili, cabbage soup, tasty pies, and they have a salad bar.

Used to work there and now I visit every time I’m home for any length of time. The food is always great and consistently done. All the sane folks greet you when you walk in.

Very good BBQ, soups and homemade pies! Definitely recommend. Be mindful that they close at 3:00 pm.

Beautiful place plus the icecream and pie was great. One of the nicer stops on our trip across America to eat. No designated RV parking but there was a very large parking lot you can access across the street.

Wonderful food. Had the BBQ sandwich and it was great. My wife had the bean soup with ham and she said it was like her homemade. The chocolate pie was also good. Prices were extremely reasonable and the staff was very nice. We're from North Carolina and felt right at home. Will definitely eat there again when passing through.

Barbecue? HAH! The food came out a minute after we ordered. But it sure wasn’t cooked today. The food was so bland, dry, and old. The ribs were so old the bones had dried out. (See photo). The pork was put on flavorless bread and warmed on a sandwich press. I had to douse my meat in sauce which really didn’t help. There was so sign of food being cooked- as there was no smell of cooking food or a kitchen. The “fresh homemade pies” looks straight out of Marie Callender’s frozen box. I didn’t waste my time ordering those.

Food is so good pimiento cheese on toasted bread. I am in love....Yes I love everything there but went back after the review. My husband and I ate there. We finishe so my husband went to pay as I finished my drink. I thought should I leave a tip. Then I remembered He always puts tip on card. So I did not leave a tip. So I get up and he was done paying so we left. By the time we got to our car. The waitress is screaming about where she comes from we leave tips. So me and my husband look at one another. I said did you put tip on card? He said no he forgot. I said i was going to bit remembered you usually put it on card. Yes, we feel bad we didnt leave a tip but it was misunderstanding between one another. So to be shamed like thatlike we did it on purpose was to much. Because of the waitress lowered my star rating and will never go back

Simply classic Paducah barbeque. You must have at least a sandwich from Starnes! About the only place to get beef bbq, too. I love the turkey sandwich hot. Good luck finding parking for your car or your butt.
